Report an Occurrence (BAZL)

Every pilot/organization is required by law to report incidents. This is done today via the official reporting portal ECCAIRS2. The information is sent to the FOCA. Serious incidents and accidents must be reported separately to SUST by telephone.

To the reporting portal
Report an Occurrence (SUST)

Accidents and serious incidents such as engine failures, smoke development, failure of several redundant systems, fuel starvation, rollover or lateral runway departure during takeoff or landing (see complete list) must be reported directly to the SUST in addition to the regular Occurrence Report (FOCA). Reports to SUST must be made immediately via REGA Tel. 1414.
