Safetybox
The Safety Box is an online form that can be used to report incidents, accidents and safety information to the airport management. You can also contact the AIS directly in the event of an incident: Phone +41 (0)32 396 96 96 and the AIS will then connect you with the responsible office or forward the report.
Report to us…
- …with statements such as “just got lucky again”, “that was close” or “I don’t have a good feeling about it”.
- …if other employees at the airport can learn something from the report.
- …if the airport’s system or its security precautions did not work.
Examples of safety instructions and incidents
- Emergency exits or emergency equipment blocked or obstructed
- Obstructions due to incorrectly parked vehicles/equipment etc.
- FOD lies on the movement area
- Violations of rules of conduct
